La mâche

Our star : the lettuce

It has become the flagship product of NANTEUROP, which has become a must-have for gourmet dishes.

Among the various stages of its cultivation (sowing, soil preparation, sanding, preparation of the cover), a particular attention is devoted to the harvest. NANTEUROP has always been a forerunner in its robotics equipment, adapted to its production, in a constant effort to improve quality.

Pretty and crispy radishes

Assumed to come from the Far East, radishes have been fully mechanized since the year 2000: sowing, sanding, watering and fertilization, mechanical harvesting since the year 2000 (picking and bunching). Human intervention is reserved for conditioning.
This vegetable has virtues beneficial to health: very rich in water, it acts as an appetite suppressant; low in sodium but high in potassium, it is naturally diuretic. Its freshness preserves all its crunchiness.

Fiercy baby leaves

Packed in packets, these young shoots make up these salads for busy urban mixes of rocket, spinach, lamb's lettuce, parsley and tatsoi.

A blend of flavors, textures and colors, to delight the taste buds.

Fresh and melting leeks

A biannual vegetable plant from Central Asia, known since ancient times. Its flavor is subtle and delicate. From the end of spring to the end of summer, the Nantes region is the only French region to ensure its production.

It is carefully cultivated, for several months, according to ancestral techniques. The mechanical harvest relieves the man of a very painful task.

After washing, the fresh leeks are peeled manually, to remove one or two leaves, to present a clean vegetable. Leeks are graded according to their size, before being labeled.

Tasty fenoils

Small white and tasty bulbs, with well hidden potential: rich in micronutrients, these vegetables give off an anise scent.

The whiteness of the bulb, as well as the bright green color of the plume, reveal all the freshness of the harvest.
